Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The Referral Program is open to all individuals and companies.

2. Referral Process:

   • Referrers may submit referrals through the official referral form on Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment's website.

   • Referrals must be new customers/companies to Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment.

3. Voucher and Reward:

   • Upon a successful referral leading to a confirmed contract, the referrer will receive a voucher via email.

   • The referred customer will receive a special reward upon confirmation of their first service with Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment.

4. Voucher Redemption:

   • Vouchers are redeemable for Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment services only.

   • Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Reward Distribution:

   • Referral rewards will be sent to the referrer upon successful completion of the referred customer's first service.

6. Referral Confirmation:

   • A successful referral is considered when the referred customer signs a contract with Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment.

7. Limits:

   • There is no limit to the number of referrals a person or company can make.

   • The Referral Program is subject to change or termination at the discretion of Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment.

8. Communication:

   • Referrers and referred customers will receive communication related to the referral program via the provided email addresses.

9. Privacy:

   • All referral information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Program Duration:

    • The Referral Program is ongoing unless terminated by Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment.

11. Modification:

    • Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

12. Termination:

    • Sparkz Audio Visual & Entertainment reserves the right to terminate a referrer's participation in the program if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
