Organised a last min party for my mom & some 10 seniors, contacted Sparkz Entertainment for rental of karaoke system for them to indulge. Despite short notice and budget constraints, Doreen who attended to me was SUPERB! She was so patient, non dismissing and yet with a big heart to try and help to accommodate, placing the interests of the seniors at heart and delivered the whole system without a glitch.
