Organised a last min party for my mom & some 10 seniors, contacted Sparkz Entertainment for rental of karaoke system for them to indulge. Despite short notice and budget constraints, Doreen who attended to me was SUPERB! She was so patient, non dismissing and yet with a big heart to try and help to accommodate, placing the interests of the seniors at heart and delivered the whole system without a glitch. The whole set up was a breeze, the sound system was excellent given such a simple set up. The whole party was a resounding success and much credit goes to Sparkz Entertainment!
