Excellent Karaoke Set and set up was performed by wonderful and professional staff. Will definitely rent again.

We have great experience. The karaoke rental set was in excellent condition and latest scan QR code for songs requesting. Sound system was clear, the microphones worked perfectly, and the setup was very easy to use. The customer service was also fantastic. The team was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was arranged smoothly from delivery to collection. They even took time to explain how to operate the equipment, which made things hassle free for us. Overall, I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable karaoke rental.

It was kinda last minute search for a karaoke rental service and I have never rent one before and came across Sparkz Entertainment and read the positive reviews they received so I decided to engage them. I was served by Ms Doreen, very friendly and helpful through out the whole process. Rented it for 4hrs but since they had a few places to set up, they came way earlier and let us had it a few hrs without any charges and they were also make sure that the set is safe for children (due to the space and structure of the old chalet, the buildup static charge and earthing were quite strong). Overall, I am satisfied with the service rendered, very professional and recommended!! Thank you Ms Doreen and team, hope to engage your service again 😊
